Nokia Fastmile 5G Router, Unlocked

I received the modem promptly via DHL.
It arrived minus original packaging and with marks.
I did not expect to receive a 2nd hand product

I was pleased with the look & feel of the router, once I configured it to the sim & got it up & running it functioned very well, Im just waiting for 5G to reach me & i'm sure the speeds will improve alot. great to have 2.4 & 5 Ghz to connect to old & new devices. The APP is good to have too, you can see what devices are connected, Hopfuly the answer to resonable priced internet.

This is my second purchase from Tribz.

A few months ago, I bought the same Router for a Saturday school. The amount of support I received at the time was second to none and to me, it was a better product and service I had received when comparing with the likes of other big internet providers.

The team here has been the very best and excellent. They are so very respectful, they work with integrity, honesty and dedication. The first router has been working well with around 100 connections at one time. All due to the excellent guidance and support from Sam & his team. He is just excellent, no question is a silly question, and his advice is just great when one needs to make the product work for the purpose it was bought, especially since the purpose can differ from a customer to another. He tailors his advice to the respective purpose.

Recently I was tired of my internet provider, since at the end of each term I had to go through an inevitable and complex process of ‘threatening them’ to cancel the contract in order for the ‘doubling of the costs’ not to take place at the time of contract end date. It was an uncharted territory for me since I had never used a personal home router. I had millions of questions on how this router could come close to matching the Wifi strength I was getting from this company (by using an alternative i.e. Nokia 5G Router).

As a result, I called Tribz since I had an excellent experience through my first purchase. A conversation with Sam was excellent where I received all the guidance I needed to understand what I was getting myself into.

Frankly I was tired of calling my ‘big company internet provider’ every year to re-negotiate a price which would also be subject to yearly RPI increases. With the new router at the very least I do not have to call anyone to cancel and I am in total control to either continue the service via the Data Sim or otherwise.

As a result, I bought this router for home. The router had slower than expected speeds and every time I called Tribz, I was met with respectful staff and a follow up call from Sam as appropriate to get my Router to work at its optimal speed.

My new router wasn’t giving me optimal speeds despite all the guidance from Sam. One would expect that Tribz is seller and therefore like how we expect ‘on-going’ service from the ‘big internet providers’ due to a contract with them. That the same service could not have been expected from Tribz, however my experience has exactly the opposite of this.

The Tribz team, despite having completed the sale have been there every step of the way to help me with this. Sam was kindly able to visit me at home to help me with this, which I cannot express how much I appreciate this kind gesture. If it was any other company, then I wouldn’t have got the level of service for buying a mere £150 router. But Tribz is different and unique.

I am highly recommending Tribz to my family, friends and colleagues who may need technical products. Since I am super impressed with them. In today's world, it has unfortunately become hard to find a companies like Tribz, that works with so much honesty and dedication.

I am a fan … will be coming for more purchases and will continue referring people to Tribz.
