In my area it is hard to get connection but it has its moments so 4 stars
Very good company. First time ordering from them. The 5G hub is a little more strict in picking up 5g signals than my phone - but does the job when positioned at the right place.
Customer service is top notch
I have set this up with the SIM card that came with it but did not get much from that got a Vodafone sim and all is ok it varies between 200-600 meg might look in the future of fitting something outside as I live in a 200 year old cottage and the walls are quite thick
I received the modem promptly via DHL.
It arrived minus original packaging and with marks.
I did not expect to receive a 2nd hand product
