Compatibility and condition guide

Will an unlocked router work with every SIM?

Unlocked means you can choose a compatible provider SIM. It does not guarantee a particular signal level, speed or data-plan allowance. Check coverage, supported bands and whether your plan allows router use before ordering.

Should I choose a fixed gateway or a portable router?

Choose a fixed gateway for one stable home or office location. Choose the Nighthawk M6 when you need battery-powered connectivity for travel, remote work or temporary internet.

How should I choose condition?

Select from the condition options displayed on each product page. New, Pristine, Cherished and Vintage availability differs by product. Review the live option, price and product imagery before adding to cart.

What about UK power?

The FastMile 3.2 and Nighthawk M6 offers state that they include an Australian power supply or charger with a UK adapter. Check the individual product page for the exact included accessories before ordering.
